THE TERMS OF THE TREATY!!
The terms that were included in the treaty of Hudaibiya were-
• Firstly, the Prophet ﷺ need to go back with his companions WITHOUT DOING UMRAH..
He could come to Makkah NEXT YEAR for 3 DAYS ONLY; and he and his Companions would not carry any weapons.
• Secondly, there would be no war between them for 10 YEARS.
Also, whoever wished to make a bond with Prophet ﷺ could do so and whoever wished to make a bond with Quraish could do so.
• And lastly, anyone from Quraish who escape to Madinah had to be returned back, but the Quraish would not return any of the Prophet's followers who comes to Makkah.
[ Sulah Hudaibiya mei jo sharte rakhi gayi thi wo ye thi-
• Pehli baat to ye ke Nabi ﷺ ko apne saathiyo ke saath BINA UMRAH KIYE wapis jaana padega.
Wo Makkah AGLE SAAL sirf 3 DINO ke liye aa sakte hai aur wo aur unke saathi kisi tarah ka koi hathyaar saath nahi layenge.
• Doosri baat ye ke un dono groho (groups) ke beech 10 SAAL TAK KOI JUNG NAHI HOGI.
Aur, jo koi Nabi ﷺ ke sath talluq (bond) banana chahe wo unke saath kar sakta hai aur jo koi Quraish ke sath karna chahe wo unke saath kar sakta hai.
• Aur aakhri baat ye ke Quraish ka koi shakhs agar Madinah gaya to use wapis Makkah bhejna padega lekin Nabi ka koi pairokaar (follower) agar Makkah aaya to use wapis nahi bheja jayega.]
