DISBELIEVERS REJOICED THEIR VICTORY!!
Disbelievers were so happy with the victory that they celebrated that day.
In their arrogance, they mocked at Sualih Alayhis Salaam too.
As per ALLAH`S command, Sualih alayhis salaam warned them & said-
"...Enjoy yourselves in your homes for 3 days.This is a promise that will not belied (means it will certainly come true)" (11:65)
He hoped that people will fear the punishment and ask for the forgivenes of ALLAH,
but instead, they said :Why 3 days? Bring the punishment now if you are truthful.
"O Salih! Bring about your threats if you are indeed one of the Messengers (of ALLAH)" (7:77)
Sualih Alayhis Salaam said-
"O my people! Why do you seek to hasten the evil (punishment) before the good (ALLAH`S Mercy)? Why dont you seek the Forgiveness of ALLAH, so that you may receive mercy?" (27:46)
[Kafir qaum ke log apni jeet ka khoob jashan mana rahe the aur apne takabbur mei Sualih Alayhis Salaam ka mazaak bhi udaa rahe the.
ALLAH ke hukum ke mutabiq, Sualih Alayhis salaam ne jawaban unse ye kaha ke:
"Tum 3 din apne gharo mei maze karlo lekin uske baad ALLAH ka wada saccha ho kar hi rahega."
Sualih Alayhis Salaam ko ye umeed thi ke wo ALLAH ke azaab se darr jayenge aur maafi maang lenge.
Lekin unhone iske bajaye kaha ke- 3 din kyu?
Azaab abhi leke aayo agar tum sacche ho to.
Sualih Alayhis Salaam ne unhe samjhaya ke:
"Ae meri qaum! Tum kyu azaab jaldi maangte ho halaake wo to ek shar hai.
Aur kyu nahi tum ALLAH se bakshish mangte take wo tum par rehem karde?"]
