Prophet Muhammad ﷺ did not go with these Sariyahs but appointed someone from the Sahabas to head the group.
The first Sariyah went outside Madinah under the leadership of HAMZAH رضي الله عنه
The Muslims were represented with a WHITE FLAG.
The aim of sending these Sariyahs was not to have a war with the Quraish but to alert them that now the Muslims would not tolerate any of your acts.
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ sent Sariyahs one after the other outside Madinah which actually troubled the Quraish.
They started developing a fear that how come the weak Muslims of Makkah gained so much confidence to face them.
Also, these Sariyahs helped the Muslims to develop good relations with people outside Madinah and hence, spread Islam.

Pehli Sariyah Madinah ke bahar HAMZAH رضي الله عنه ki leadership meu bheji gayi.

In Sariyaat ko bhejne ka maqsad QURAISH SE JUNG KARNA NAHI THA lekin unhe aagah/alert karna tha ke ab Musalmaan unki harkate aur zyada nahi sahenge.
Nabi ﷺ in Sariyo ko Madinah ke bahar ek ke baad ek bhej rahe the jisse waqai Quraish ko pareshani ho rahi thi.
Unhe dheere dheere khauf aa raha tha ke kis tarah se ye Makkah ke kamzor Musalmaan itne hausle se unka saamne kar rahe hai.
Itna hi nahi, in Sariyaat ki madad se, Musalmaan Madinah ke bahar logo se apne talluqaat acche kar paa rahe the aur phir isi se Islam phail raha tha.]
