CONVERSATION BETWEEN NAMROOD & IBRAHIM ALAYHIS SALAAM .!!
Ibrahim alayhis salaam came to the court of Namrood very confidently and had a debate with him.
ALLAH says:
" Have you not thought about him (Namrood) who disputed with Ibrahim about his Rabb (ALLAH) because ALLAH had given him the kingdom?"
"When Ibrahim said to him: My Rabb is He who gives life and cause death.
He (Namrood) said: I give life and cause death."
According to tafsir Ibn Kathir, Namrood called 2 men from his court in front of him, killed one of them and granted life to other one and this is how he proved that he has the ability to give life and death.
Instead of disputing on this, Ibrahim ‘alayhis salaam thought of something better and said:
"Verily, ALLAH causes the sun to rise from the east, then you cause it to rise from the west."
This made the king SPEECHLESS and Ibrahim alayhis salaam once again WON THE ARGUMENT.
ALLAH says-
"So the disbeliever was utterly defeated. ALLAH does not guide those who are wrongdoers." (2:258)
[Ibrahim alayhis salaam Namrood ke darbaar mei behadd bahaduri ke sath pohche aur waha unse munaazra (debate) kara.
ALLAH farmate hai ke:
"Ke kya tumne uss shakhs ke baare mei nahi socha jise ALLAH ne badi baadshahat aur saltanat di hui thi (Namrood) aur usne apne rabb ke baare mei Ibrahim ke sath jhadga kiya?"
"Jab Ibrahim ne usse kaha ke: Mera rabb to wo hai jo zindagi deta hai aur maut deta hai. To usne kaha ke: Mai zindagi deta hu aur maut deta hu."
Tafsir Ibn Kathir mei aata hai ke usne is baat ko sabit karne ke liye 2 darbariyo ko samne bulaya, ek ko maarne ka hukum diya aur ek ko zindagi baksh di.
Ibrahim alayhis salaam ne is baat par hujjat karne ke bajaye koi aur mufeed baat sochi.
Unhone kaha: Beshak, ALLAH sooraj ko mashriq (east) se tulu karta hai (sunrise), to aap use maghrib (west) se tulu karde.
Ye sunke Namrood la-jawaab ho gaya aur phir ek baar Ibrahim alayhis salaam hujjat mei kaamyaab ho gaye.
ALLAH ne farmaya-
"To wo kaafir buri tarah se haar gaya aur ALLAH nafarmano ki rehnumai nahi karta"]
