THE PLAN OF ALLAH!!
Abu Jahl was unaware that the place he had planned for his victory would turn out to be the place of his death.
On the other hand, ALLAH revealed to Prophet Muhammad ﷺ that He would give victory to the believers over one of the party of disbelievers for sure (over the caravan or over the army).
The plan of believers was to loot the caravan but the plan of ALLAH was to let the believers fight with the army of disbelievers.
Prophet ﷺ was also shown the glimpses of dead bodies in the valley of Badr which made him clear that ALLAH wants them to fight with the army.
Qur'aan mentions-
"And when ALLAH promised you one of the two parties shall be yours and you loved that the one not armed should be yours and ALLAH desired to manifest the truth of what was true by His words and to cut off the root of the unbelievers."(8:7)
[Abu Jahl ko ye nahi maloom tha ke jo jagah wo apne jashn manaane ke liye soch raha tha wohi uske khaatme ke liye hogi.
Doosri taraf, ALLAH ne Nabi ﷺ par ye Wahi utaari ke ALLAH Momino ko un 2 mei se 1 par yaqeenan ghalba ata karega (ya to qaafile wale par ya us fauj par).
Musalmaano ka plan to yahi tha ke wo qaafile ko loote aur Quraish ko sabaq sikhaye lekin ALLAH ka plan ye tha ke Musalmaan Mushriko ke sath jung kare.
ALLAH ke Nabi ﷺ ko kuch jhalkiya bhi dikhaayi jismei unhe dikh raha tha ke Quraish ke logo ki laashe Badr ke maidaan mei kaha kaha padhi hui hongi jisse unhe saaf zaahir ho gaya ke ALLAH chahta hai ke wo us aane wali fauj se jung kare.
Qur'aan mei ALLAH ne farmaya-
"Aur jab ALLAH ne tumse waada kiya tha ke un 2 mei se 1 tumhare liye hoga (yani 1 groh tumse haar jayega) aur tum chah rahe the ke bina hathyaar wala groh tumhare liye ho (yaani qaafila) lekin ALLAH ne iraada kiya tha ke haq ko haq kar dikhaye apne kalaam ke saath aur kaafiro ki jade kat jaaye"
(8:7)]
