Seerah- Prophet Muhammad ﷺ (Part 5)

There was a wave of excitement and happiness all around.

The victory in Badr elevated the position of Muslims so much that on the way to Madinah only, many people accepted Islam.

But amidst all this, there came a sad news.

Prophet ﷺ received the news that her daughter, Ruqayyah died.

When Prophet Muhammad ﷺ left for Badr, his daughter Ruqayyah رضي الله عنه was ill and she passed away before Prophet ﷺ entered Madinah.

[Chaaro taraf khushi aur josh ki leher daur rahi thi.

Badr mei jeetne se Musalmaano ka rutba itna badh gaya ke Madinah aate hue raaste mei hi kaafi logo ne Islam qubool kar liya.

Lekin in sabke beech, ek dukh bhari khabar aayi.

Nabi ﷺ ko khabar mili ke unki beti Ruqayyah رضي الله عنه ka inteqal ho gaya.

Jab Nabi Badr ke liye jaa rahe the to unki beti Ruqayyah رضي الله عنه beemar thi aur unki wafaat Nabi ke Madinah pohochne se pehle hi ho gayi thi.]
