YUSUF ‘ALAYHIS SALAAM REVEALED HIS IDENTITY!!
Seeing the condition of his brothers, Yusuf ‘alayhis salaam no longer troubled them and revealed his identity.
He said to them-
"Do you know what did you do with Yusuf and his brother, when you were ignorant?"
(12:89)
The brothers were amazed and asked-
"Are you indeed Yusuf?"
He replied-
"I am Yusuf and this is my brother Benyamin.
ALLAH had been indeed gracious to us. Verily, who fears ALLAH with obedience to him and is patient, then surely ALLAH does not waste the reward of the good-doers"
(12:90)
This was the moment when the brothers realised their mistake and their pride was completely destroyed.
They surrendered in front of Yusuf ‘alayhis salaam and said-
"By ALLAH! Indeed ALLAH has preferred you above us and we certainly have been sinners"
(12:91)
[Apne bhaiyyo ki ye halat dekhne par Yusuf ‘alayhis salaam ne unhe aur mazeed nahi aazmaya aur apni pehchan zahir kardi.
Unhone unse kaha-
"Tum jaante ho ke tumne Yusuf aur uske bhai ke sath kya kiya tha jab tum la-ilm the?"
Unke bhai chauk uthe aur bol pade-
"Kya tum hi Yusuf ho?"
Yusuf ‘alayhis salaam ne jawab diya-
"Mai hi Yusuf hu aur ye mera bhai hai. ALLAH beshak hum par bohot meherbaan raha hai. Jo koi ALLAH se darte hue uski itat karta hai aur sabr karta hai to beshak ALLAH muhsineen ka ajar zaya nahi karta."
Ye sunkar sab hi bhaiyyo ne apni galti maani aur uska aitraaf bhi kiya.
Unka takabbur poori tarah se choora choora ho gaya tha aur wo Yusuf ‘alayhis salaam ke saamne sare tasleem kham ho gaye aur kehne lage-
"Qasam ALLAH ki! ALLAH ne tumhe hum par fazilat di hai aur beshak hum hi gunah gaar the"]
