AN UNINTENTIONAL KILLING!!
Moosa ‘alayhis salaam stayed in the palace of Firaun for many years and he entered into his manhood.
One day, Moosa ‘alayhis salaam was walking in the city when he saw a fight between a person of Bani Israel and an Egyptian.
The man from Bani Israel asked Moosa ‘alayhis salaam for help, so Moosa ‘alayhis salaam tried to help him by striking the Egyptian person with his fist.
Moosa ‘alayhis salaam was such a strong man that unintentionally this hit caused the Egyptian man to die.
Qur'aan mentions-
"And he (Moosa) entered the city at a time of unawareness of its people, & he found there 2 men fighting, one of his party (Bani Israel) & the other of his enemies (Egyptian).
The man of his party asked him for help against the enemy, so Moosa struck him with his fist and killed him.
He (himself) said: This is of shaitan's doing. Verily, he is a plain misleading enemy." (28:15)
Moosa ‘alayhis salaam was shocked to see this and he felt so so guilty.
Soon he called to ALLAH & said-
"My Rabb! I have wronged myself, so please forgive me." (28:16)
ALLAH forgave him.
He now promised to ALLAH & said: "My Rabb, for the favour You bestowed upon me, I will never be an assistant to the criminals." ( 28:17)
[Moosa ‘alayhis salaam kayi saal Firaun ke darbaar mei rahe aur apni mukammal jawaani ko pohoch gaye.
Ek din wo bahar sair karne nikle to dekha ke 2 admi jhagda kar rahe the.
Ek Bani Israel qaum se tha aur ek Misri qaum se.
Israili ne Moosa ‘alayhis salaam ko madad ke liye pukaara. Moosa ‘alayhis salaam madad karne ke liye gaye aur Misri aadmi ko hataane ke liye ek mukka maar diya.
Moosa ‘alayhis salaam jismani taur par kafi zyada taqatwar the ke galti se mukka zyada zor se padh gaya aur wo Misri aadmi wahi mar gaya.
Moosa ‘alayhis salaam dekh kar hakka bakka reh gaye aur behadd sharminda hue.
Wo apne rabb ki taraf palte aur pukaar uthe-
"Ae mere rabb! Beshak maine apni jaan par zulm kiya hai, albatta mujhe maaf karde.
To ALLAH ne unhe maaf kardiya. Beshak wo Ghafoor ur Raheem hai."
Moosa ‘alayhis salaam ne ainda ke liye ALLAH se wada bhi kiya aur kaha-
"Ae mere Rabb! Jo tune mujh par itna bada inaam kiya hai to hargiz kabhi bhi mai kisi mujrim ka sath nahi dunga"]
