Seerah- Prophet Muhammad ﷺ (Part 1)

The people of Arab had people with many faith.

The people practiced 

• Christianity

• Judaism

• Zoroastrianism (Parsee- those who worship fire)

• Sabism (star-worshippers)

These people came from adjoining areas of Arab especially from Rome, Iran, Africa etc

But the majority of Arabs were now IDOL WORSHIPPERS.

These people are known as PAGANS or  MUSHRIKEEN (people who do shirk).

But at that time too, there were some people who were on pure monotheism following the religion of Ibrahim Alayhis salaam.

Lekin Arab ke taqreeban log jis mazhab ki pairvi karte wo thi BUT-PARASTI tha yaani zyadatar log buto ki ibadat karne lag gaye the aur ALLAH ke sath unhe shareek thehra rahe the.

Aise logo ko MUSHRIKEEN kaha jata hai.
