Seerah- Prophet Muhammad ﷺ (Part 1)

Slowly and gradually, the people of Arab developed so much love for these idols that they started practicing many illogical things-

• They started prostrating in front of the idols.

• They started circulating around them for worship.

• They started to make vows or oaths in their names and when their wishes were fulfilled, they would believe that these idols interceded their wishes to ALLAH.

• They started to perform sacrifices in their name. (5:3)

• They devoted certain portion of food, drink, cattles and crops for their idols.

• There were certain types of animals (namely 4 in Qur'aan) that were completely devoted for these idols and were set free, without making them work.

They were MARKED so that people could recognize them.

These were-

[Jaise jaise waqt guzarta raha, Arbo ke dilo mei un buto ke liye mohabbat badhti gayi aur wo aisi aisi chizo mei padh gaye jo unki be-aqali ka saboot deti hai.

• Wo buto ke saamne SAJDA karne lage.

• Wo Buto ke charo taraf TAWAAF karne lage.

• Wo Buto ke naam se AHED AUR QASME lete aur jab unki khwaish poori ho jati to wo ye aqeedah rakhte ke in Buto ne hi ALLAH se sifarish ki hai.

• Wo Buto ke naam se janwaro ki QURBANIYA karte.

• Unhone Buto ke naam se KUCH HISSE MUQARRAR kiye hue the jaise khane pine mei, mowaishi janwaro mei,aur khetiyo wagera mei.

• Unhone janwaro ki kuch qismo ko un buto ke liye puri tarah se AZAAD KIYA HUA THA aur un par MOHOR laga di thi take sab unhe pehchan le aur koi na chue.

Qur'aan se hume in 4 qisam ke janwaro ka pata chalta hai-

BAHIRA, SAIBAH, WASILAH AUR HAAM.]
