ALLAH SAVED ISMAIL ALAYHIS SALAAM .!!
Ibrahim alayhis salaam and Ismail alayhis salaam proceeded and came to the place of sacrifice.
Ibrahim alayhis salaam laid Ismail alayhis salaam on the ground & was ready to sacrifice his son.
With a heavy heart, he placed the knife on him.
But ALLAH saved Ismail alayhis salaam and replaced him with an animal known as RAM (similar to a goat).
☆According to some narrations, it is said that Ibrahim alayhis salaam was blindfolded so when he opened his eyes, he saw that a ram was slaughtered and Ismail alayhis salaam was standing next to him.
While other narrations says that when Ibrahim Alayhis salaam swiped the knife, it didn't work to kill Ismail alayhis salaam and then ALLAH sent a Ram from the heaven with angel Jibrael and that is how Ismail alayhis salaam was saved.
Now only ALLAH knows which is the correct interpretation.
ALLAH mentions in Qur'aan-
"Then when they had both submitted themselves (to the will of ALLAH), and he (Ibrahim alayhis salaam) had laid him (Ismail alayhis salaam) to prostrate on his forehead, WE (ALLAH) called out to him -
O Ibrahim! You have fulfilled the dream. Verily! Thus, We do reward the Muhsineen (good-doers,righteous slaves)."
"Verily, that indeed was a clear test for them and we ransomed him (Ismail alayhis salaam ) with a great sacrifice (i.e. a Ram)"
(37:103-107)
[Ibrahim alayhis salaam aur Ismail alayhis salaam aage bade aur qurbani ki jagah par aaye.
Ibrahim alayhis salaam ne Ismail alayhis salaam ko zamin par lita diya aur bhare dil ke sath qurbani k liye churi chalane lage.
Lekin ALLAH ne ain waqt par Ismail alayhis salaam ko bacha liya aur Ismail alayhis salaam ki jagah ek jaanwar jise MENDA kaha jata hai use unki jagah hazir kar diya.
☆Kuch rivayato ke mutabiq, Ibrahim alayhis salaam ki aakho par patti bandhi hui thi to jab qurbani ke baad unhone dekha to unke bete ke bajaye ek menda zibah hua tha aur Ismail alayhis salaam unke barabar me khade hue the.
Aur baaz rivaayato ke mutabiq, jab Ibrahim alayhis salaam ne churi pheri to wo Ismail alayhis salaam ko kaat hi na saki aur phir ALLAH ne jannat se ek Menda bheja Jibrail alayhis salaam ke sath aur is tarah Ismail alayhis salaam ko bacha liya gaya.
ALLAH hi behtar jaanta hai ke konsi taaweel sahi hai.
Phir ALLAH ne Ibrahim
alayhis salaam ko pukaara ke-
"Ae Ibrahim! Aapne apna khwaab sach kar dikhaya. Beshak hum Muhsineen ko behtreen ajar dete hai aur beshak ye ek khulli azmaish thi jismei humne qurbani ke liye Ismail alayhis salaam ki jagah ek jaanwar ko fidye me de diya tha.]
