FROM CHILDHOOD TO ADULTHOOD!!
Yusuf ‘alayhis salaam spent all these years in the luxurious atmosphere where he turned from a teenage boy to a mature young man.
This was also the time when Yusuf ‘alayhis salaam was given prophethood.
ALLAH says-
"And when Yusuf reached maturity, We gave him judgment and knowledge (i.e. prophethood). And this is how We reward the good doers."
(12:22)
With age, the beauty of Yusuf ‘alayhis salaam was also increasing. And now he turned out to be the most handsome man of all time.
Ibn Kathir described Yusuf ‘alayhis salaam as obedient, polite and exceedingly handsome.
Al-Aziz recognised these qualities in his loyal servant and therefore put him in charge of all household affairs.
[Yusuf ‘alayhis salaam ne kayi saal us shaahi mahol mei guzare jaha se wo ek badhte hue bacche se ek jawaan aur aqalmand aadmi bane.
Yahi waqt tha jab unhe nabuwat bhi hasil hui.
ALLAH farmate hai ke-
"Aur jab Yusuf apni balaghat ko pohche (yani jab wo baaligh aur samajhdaar ho gaye), humne unhe quwwat- e-faisla aur ilm diya (yani nabuwat). Aur isi tarah hum Muhsineen ko behtreen ajar dete hai."
Umar ke sath sath, Yusuf ‘alayhis salaam ki khoobsurati bhi badhti gayi aur wo tamam insano mei se sabse khoobsurat insaan ban gaye.
Ibn Kathir ki rivaayat ke mutabiq, Yusuf ‘alayhis salaam ek wafadaar, naram lehje wale aur be- inteha khoobsurat aadmi the.
Yahi sab khoobya dekhke Al-Aziz ne apne wafadaar khaadim ko pure ghar ke intezam sambhalne ki zimmedari saunp di.]
