THE THREE QUESTIONS!!
First, the Jewish scholars told the Mushrikeen to ask Muhammad ﷺ about the STORY OF SOME YOUNG MEN which is written in their scripture.
The second question was to ask Muhammad ﷺ about a man who TRAVELED ALL THE PLACES FROM EAST TO WEST.
The third question was to ask Muhammad ﷺ about the SOUL.
The Mushrikeen asked these questions to Muhammad ﷺ.
In response, ALLAH revealed Surah Kahf.
In this, a story is mentioned about some young men who left their city because they were being tortured for leaving polytheism (shirk) and they took a refuge in a CAVE.
ALLAH made them sleep for hundreds of years and raised them again as a sign.
This Surah answered their 2nd question too in which a story of a powerful king is mentioned known as DHUL QARNAIN who roamed the entire world.
Finally the last question was answered by an ayah of Surah Isra which said-
"They ask you about the spirit (Soul/ Ruh). Say: The matter of spirit is known by my Rabb only and the man have been given a very little knowledge." (17:85)
[Pehla sawaal jo Yahoodi Imaamo ne Mushrikeen se poochne ko kaha wo ye tha ke-
Wo Muhammad ﷺ se un NAU- JAWAAN LADKO KE BAARE MEI POOCHE jiska zikr unki kitaab mei bhi hai.
Doosra sawaal wo Muhammad ﷺ se us AADMI KE BAARE MEI POOCHE JO ZAMIN MEI MASHRIQ SE MAGHRIB (East to West) tak poora ghooma tha.
Teesra sawaal wo ye pooche ke RUH kya cheez hai?
Mushrikeen ne ye sawaal Nabi ﷺ se pooche.
Iske jawaab mei ALLAH ne SURAH KAHF nazil kari.
Is Surah mei ek qissa mojood hai jismei kuch nau-jawaan mardo ne apna sheher choda tha kyuki unke shirk chodne ki waja se unpar zulm ho raha tha aur wo panah lene ke liye 1 GHAAR mei chup gaye the.
ALLAH ne unhe kayi sau saal sula diya tha aur phir ek nishani banakar wapis utha diya tha.
Usi Surah mei unke doosre sawaal ka bhi jawaab diya gaya jisme 1 taqatwar badshah ka zikr hai jise DHUL QARNAIN kaha jata tha jo puri zameen mei ghooma tha.
Akhiri sawaal ka jawaab Surah Isra ki ayah se unhe diya gaya jismei kaha gaya tha ke-
"Wo aapse Ruh ke baare mei sawaal karte hai. Keh dijiye: Ruh ka mamla/hukum sirf aur sirf mere Rabb ke zimma hai aur logo ko Ilm mei se bohot thoda ilm hi diya gaya hai." (17:85)]
