THE NEWS LEAKED OUT!!
The incident which took place between Yusuf ‘alayhis salaam and Zulaikha soon leaked out among the elite class women of their community.
These elite class women gossiped about Zulaikha that how could she desire a slave.
Qur'aan mentions-
"And women in the city said: The wife of Al-Aziz is seeking to seduce her young man (slave), indeed she loves him violently; verily we see her in clear error"
(12:30)
These gossips came to the ears of Zulaikha and she was not a woman who could let her image get destroyed among her peers, so she made a plan.
[Yusuf ‘alayhis salaam aur Zulaikha ke beech ka qissa tezi se bahar phel gaya aur badi khandano ki aurto ke kaano tak pohoch gaya. Un aurto ke beech ye baate hone lagi ke Zulaikha ek ghulam ke sath aisa karne ka soch bhi kaise sakti hai.
Qur'aan mei aata hai-
"Aur kaha sheher ki aurto ne: Al-Aziz ki biwi ne apne nau jawaan ghulaam ko phislana chaha. Wo uski mohabbat me be-qaboo ho baithi hai. Beshak, hum to use khulli gumrahi mei dekhte hai"
Ye baate jab Zulaikha tak pohchi to wo bardasht nahi kar saki ke uski izzat is tarah bardbaad ho jaye.
