THE COMMUNITY OF LUT ‘ALAYHIS SALAAM !!
The community of Lut ‘alayhis salaam was the worst community ever who were involved in the most disgusting practices.
The main sin of this community was-
• GAYISM/SODOMY/HOMOSEXUALITY
Gayism means that the men of this community had relations with other men, openly and shamelessly.
This practice is also called as SODOMY because these people lived in the city of Sodom and afterwards, the word Sodomy was used for this practice.
• Moreover, the people of this community stopped the travellers from outside, robbed them and killed them.
Other than this, they were also involved in all kinds of evil practices.
Qur'aan mentions-
"Do you approach men in your lusts rather than women? Nay, but you are people who behave senselessly"
(27:55)
"Indeed you approach men and rob the travellers on highways. And you do every kind of wicked & evil deeds..?"
(29:29)
[Lut ‘alayhis salaam ki qaum saari qaumo mei se badtareen qaum thi kyuki unki harkate be- intehai sharam naak aur ghatya thi.

Livaatat kehte hai us amal ko jaha mard apna jismani talluq doosre mardo ke sath banate hai.
Aur is qaum ke mard ye amal khule aam aur besharmi ke sath kiya karte the.
Is amal ko angrezi mei 'sodomy' bhi kaha jata hai kyuki ye qaum saddum yani sodom ke ilaaqe mei rehti thi to baad mei is amal ke liye sodomy ka lafz bhi istemal hone laga.

Qur'aan mei inse sawaal hai ke-
"Kya tum aurto ko chodkar mardo ke paas jaate ho? Balke tum to wo log ho jo jihaalat barat rahe ho"
Ek aur jagah aata hai ke-
" Beshak tum mardo ke paas jaate ho (jinsi talluq ke liye), aur tum musafiro ke sath loot maar karte ho. Aur tum har behayayi ke kaamo ki taraf aate ho.."]
