CHEAP TACTICS OF DISBELIEVERS!!
Seeing that Islam is evolving as a new religion and Muhammad (ﷺ) is not stopping, the disbelievers tried various ways to deal with the current situation.
They used various cheap tactics such as-
• MAKING FUN-
To demoralize Muhammad ﷺ and the believers, disbelievers began to make fun of them, laughed at them and winked to each other while seeing them etc.
Qur'aan mentions-
"Verily! Those who committed crimes used to laugh at those who believed and whenever they passed by them, they used to wink to one another (in mockery)"
(83:29-30)
• CALLED HIM WITH DIFFERENT NAMES-
To insult Muhammad ﷺ and to torn his personality, disbelievers gave different names to him. For example- a poet, a madman, a soothsayer, a liar etc
Qur'aan mentions-
"And they say: O you (Muhammad)..Verily! You are a mad man" (15:6)
"..This is a sorcerer, a liar" (38:4)
"..He is a poet.." (21:5)
• TAUNT-
The disbelievers would taunt the believers when they passed by them.
Majority of the believers till that time were poor or belonged to a lower section of the society.
So the elite class disbelievers used to taunt them and insult them.
• CONFUSED THE PEOPLE-
The disbelievers used to confuse people by many sorts of things.
They used to say that this man listens to what shaitan tells him, builds up stories by himself, recite the stories from the past etc etc
Qur'aan mentions-
"They used to say: These are nothing but the tales of the ancients (stories from the past)!" (8:31)
• PUT UP BASELESS QUESTIONS-
The disbelievers also sought to distract people by putting up baseless questions that if he is a prophet then why he eats, drinks and is like a normal human being? Why he is not like an angel or why
he doesn't have luxurious things with him?
Qur'aan mentions-
"(They said): Why does this Messenger eat food and walk in the markets (like us)?" (25:7)
• DISTRACT PEOPLE-
To distract people from Islam, one of the cheap tactics used by them was to involve people in various forms of entertainment.
"Ibn Abbas narrated that they would purchase female singers and dancers who would charm them with their bodies through singing & dancing and would distract the common people."
[Ye dekh kar ke Islam logo ka ek naya mazhab ban raha hai aur Muhammad (ﷺ) kisi bhi tarah ruk nahi rahe, to Mushrikeen ne kuch aur ghatya- tareen tareeko se unhe rokne ki koshish kari jaise-
•MAZAAK UDAANA-
Muhammad ﷺ aur Imaan walo ka hosla todne ke liye, Mushrikeen unka mazaak udate, unpar haste aur ek doosre ko dekh kar aakh maarte.
• NABI KO ALAG ALAG NAAM SE PUKAARTE-
Muhammad ﷺ ki shakhsiyat pe daag lagaane ke liye Mushrikeen unhe alag alag naamo se pukarte jaise SHAYAR, MAJNOON, KAAHIN, JHOOTA wagera wagera.
• TAANE MAARNA-
Mushrikeen imaan walo ko taane maarte jab bhi wo unke paas se guzarte.
Kyuki zyadatar log jo imaan laye the wo gareeb aur nichle tabqe ke the to Quraish ke log aur baqi ameer log unhe hakeer samajhte aur taane marte.
• AAM LOGO KO ULJHAATE-
Mushrikeen aam logo ko alag alag tareeko se uljhane ki koshish karte.

• ULTE SEEDHE SAWAAL KARTE-
Mushrikeen aam logo ke saamne ulte seedhe sawaal uthate taake wo Islam qubool na kare.
