THE COMMUNITY REJECTED THE MESSENGER!!
The community of Lut ‘alayhis salaam had no answer to give to their messenger.
Moreover, to deviate themselves and to others from right path, they started to mock at Lut ‘alayhis salaam, ask for the punishment as always and when these things also didn't let Lut ‘alayhis salaam stay quiet, they started to threaten him.
The community said to Lut ‘alayhis salaam as per Qur'aan-
"Bring us the punishment of ALLAH if you are truthful."
(29: 29)
Lut ‘alayhis salaam didn't focus on these things and continued to warn the people against the sinful acts.
But at a point, the people got frustrated that they began to threaten Lut ‘alayhis salaam and said-
"Drive them (Lut ‘alayhis salaam and his family) out of your city: these are indeed men (people) who want to be clean and pure!"
(7:82)
Lut ‘alayhis salaam then turned to his Rabb and said-
"My Rabb! Support me against these corrupting people."
(29:30)
[ Qaume Lut ke paas koi jawaab nahi tha apne rasool ko dene ke liye siwaye iske ke wo unka mazaak banate, aur jaisa ke hota aaya hai unse azaab ka mutalba karte aur jab uske baad bhi Lut ‘alayhis salaam apne paighaam se piche nahi hate to unhe us sheher se nikaalne ki dhamkiya dene lage.
Qur'aan mei iska zikr hai ki unki qaum ne kaha:
"Le aao humpar ALLAH ka azaab agar tum sacche ho."
Lut Alayhis Salaam in sab baato par tawajjo dene ke bajaye apne maqsad aur paighamat par date rahe aur apni qaum ko in behayayi ke kaamo se aagah karte rahe.
Lekin ek waqt aaya jab log Lut ‘alayhis salaam ki baato se ukta gaye aur unhe aur unke gharwalo ko sheher se bahar nikaalne ki dhamkiya dene lage.
Wo Kehne lage-
"Inhe apne sheher se bahar nikaalo, ye to wo log hai jo bade saaf aur paak baaz bante hai"
Lut ‘alayhis salaam ab apne Rabb ki taraf palte aur dua kari ki-
"Ae mere Rabb! Meri in mufsido se hifazat farma."]
