THE THREATNINGS OF FIRAUN!!
Firaun was shocked to see the magicians immediately surrendering to Moosa ‘alayhis salaam.
This was probably the last thing he expected.
He changed the whole story and blamed the magicians that you all were involved in this plan and this magician (Moosa ‘alayhis salaam) is your leader who taught you magic.
He started threatning the magicians so that they might fear him and will turn back to him.
Qur'aan mentions-
Firaun said to the magicians:
"You believed him before I gave you permission. Indeed he is your leader who has taught you magic.
So I will surely cut off your hands and your feet on opposite sides and I will crucify you on the trunks of palm trees and you will surely know which of us is more severe in giving punishment and more lasting." (20:71)
[Jaadugaro ko Moosa ‘alayhis salaam ke saamne fauran haar maanta hua dekh Firaun aag baboola ho gaya.
Wo chauk gaya ke aisa kaise ho sakta hai. Ye uske liye inteha darje ki ruswai ki baat thi.
Usne poori kahaani badal daali aur jadugaro par ilzaam lagana shuru kar diya ke tum log sab aapas mei mile hue ho aur ye sab pehle se tum logo ne tay kiya hua tha aur ye jadugar (Moosa ‘alayhis salaam) tum sabka ustaad hai.
Usne un jadugaro se kaha ke tum kaise uspar imaan la sakte ho jabke maine tumhe iski ijazat nahi di.
Mai tumhare hath pair mukhaalif samt (opposite sides) se katva dunga aur tumhe khajoor ke tano par (sooli) chadva doonga aur phir tum yaqeenan jaan loge ke kon sabse zyada shadeed hai saza dene mei.]
