THE KING OF JUSTICE!!
The King of Abyssinia was a very FAIR JUDGE.
He said that he would not take any decision without hearing the statement of other party too.
The Muslim refugees were bought in the court.
The King asked them that why they left their families and homeland and why did they leave their religion.
A Sahaba known as JA'FAR BIN ABU TALIB رضي الله عنه who was also a cousin of Prophet ﷺ came in front and said-
"O King! We were a nation of ignorance.
We worshipped idols, ate flesh of dead animals, and committed many wrong things. We neglected our relatives and mistreated our neighbors. The strong one among us used to oppress the weak.
We lived like this until ALLAH raised among us a Messenger of whose lineage, honesty, truthfulness and purity we were all aware.
• He invited us to believe that there is only One Rabb, so we should worship Him only. He invited us to leave the idols and stones that our forefathers used to worship.
• He taught us to speak the truth, to keep our promises, to be kind to our relatives and neighbors.
• He forbade us to shed blood unjustly, to lie and cheat others.
• He forbade us to unjustly hold the property of orphans or to speak anything against pure women.
• He ordered us to pray, fast and to pay zakaat to poor.
When we believed what Our Rabb had commanded us and what our Messenger taught us, the people of our society got against us and started troubling us and torturing us.
That is why we had to leave our homeland."
[Habsha ka Baadshah ek ADIL BADSHAH tha (yani insaaf se kaam lene wala).
Usne kaha ke wo koi bhi faisla nahi lega jab tak dono groho ki baat na sunle.
Isliye hijrat karne wale Musalmaano ko uske darbaar bulaya gaya.
Badshah ne unse poocha ke kyu unhone apna watan aur apne gharwalo ko choda hai aur kyu wo apne deen se be- dakhal hue hai?

"Ae badshah e waqt! Hum ek aisi ummat thi jo jahalat mei mubtala thi. Hum buto ki ibadat karte the, murda janwaro ka gosht khaate aur bohot se bure kaamo mei padhe hue the.
Hum apne rishtedaaro ko jhutlaate aur padosiye ke sath bad-salooki karte.
Jo hum mei se taqatwar hota wo kamzoro par na-haq zulm karta tha.
Hum isi haal mei rahe jab tak hum par ALLAH ne ek Rasool nahi bheja jiske khandaan se, sacchai se, amaanat se aur paak daamini se hum sab waqif the.

• Unhone hume sach bolna, logo se kiye ahad pure karna, rishtedaaro aur padosiya ka haqq dena aur unse narmi karna sikhaya.
• Unhone hume na haq khoon bahana, jhoot bolna aur logo ko dhoka dene se roka.
• Unhone hume yateemo ki zameeno par na- haq qabza karne se roka aur paak daaman aurto ke baare mei buri baat karne se roka.
• Unhone hume Namaaz padhne, roza rakhne aur gareebo ko Zakaat dene ki taleem di.
Jab humne apne Rabb ki taraf se aayi hui baato par aur Rasool ki taleemat par labaik kaha to humare hi log humare khilaaf ho gaye aur hume sataane aur aziyat dene lage.
