Story of Prophet Lut (Lut Alayhis Salaam ka qissa)

We came to know from the story of Ibrahim alayhis salaam that Lut alayhis salaam was his NEPHEW and except Sarah alayhis salaam, he was the only one who accepted the truth preached by Ibrahim alayhis salaam !!

When Ibrahim alayhis salaam was leaving his home land with both of them, Lut alayhis salaam was also given prophethood by ALLAH and he was sent to a city called "SADDUM" (called as SODOM in english) to preach the message of ALLAH to the people living there and around.

[Jaisa ke hum pehle padh chuke hai ke Lut alayhis Salaam Ibrahim alayhis Salaam ke BHATIJE the aur Sarah alayhis salaam ke alawa wohi ek wahid shakhs the jinhone Ibrahim alayhis salaam ka paigham qubool kiya tha.

Jab Ibrahim alayhis salaam aur ye dono apni sar zameen se alag ho rahe the to ALLAH ne Lut alayhis ko bhi nabuwat ata kari aur unhe ek aur basti ki taraf bheja gaya jaha jaake wo deen ka kaam kare aur waha ke rehne walo ko samjhaye. 

Is basti ka naam "SADDUM" tha jise angrezi mei SODOM kaha jata hai.]
